Flex – Jump Combo Pack
At THE STINGRAY ALLSTARS CARTERSVILLE we will be offering a three-part class
combination for anyone that is interested in doing these classes.
For $60 a month an athlete will be allowed to enroll in a flex, jump, and conditioning
class as well as drop in to any of the three class styles outside of their regularly
scheduled class, as long as a call is made ahead of time to make sure there is room.
The $60 covers all three classes, however there is no change in price if one chooses
not to do or doesn’t need one of the classes.
- Example: If your athlete wants to do a jump and a strength training class, but is not a
flyer in need of attending a flex class there is no change in price for not doing a flex
class. In the same sense, if your athlete just wants to do flex classes but does not sign
up for jump and strength training, there is no change in price. - $54 gets you an UNLIMITED amount of drop ins (provided
that there is room in the class), once payment has been made and athletes have
enrolled in the class of your choice as their regular week-to-week class. - Athletes do not have to be on a team at The Stingray Allstars (any location) to be able
to attend any of these three classes.

Flex Class
Flex class is designed for flyers (or non-flyers) that are wanting to improve on their
flexibility. Athletes will go through a stretch system that is proven to bring results when
trying to achieve the capability of pulling elite body positions.
Flex classes are 60 minutes with an instructor. There is a maximum of 20 athletes
allowed in each flex class. Please call ahead if you are wanting to drop in to make sure
there is still spots available.
IMPORTANT: doing a flex class will provide the athletes with the knowledge and tools to
be able to bring their AT HOME stretch practice to the next level of productivity and
efficiency. Doing a flex class solely as the only means of stretching will not provide the
results wanted. Flexibility is something that is only improved on by stretching 5+ days a
week. 3-4 days will allow athletes to maintain the flexibility they already have. If a flyer is
wanting to achieve better body positions and is attending a single flex class a week,
they should not expect to improve as much as they may hope.
Consider flex class to be similar to a lesson learned at school, however it is the athletes
responsibility to do their homework outside of class to see the most improvement.
Jump Class
At THE STINGRAY ALLSTARS jumps are something we take pride in. Similar to
flexibility this is something that takes a lot of time and dedication to be able to master
the Stingray Standard of excellence in this category of cheerleading.
This class is 60 minutes long and will involve athletes doing jump-focused conditioning
and drills from a system that has had incredible results when working towards strong,
hyperextended jumps. There will be a single instructor and the maximum allowed athletes per class is 20.
